Minimum submission packet
Send the company name, homepage, the exact product page, and any explicit EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001 pages that support the listing.
AI Governance Vendors favors primary sources over polished marketing copy. If you want a vendor reviewed, send the strongest public evidence first.
Send the company name, homepage, the exact product page, and any explicit EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 42001 pages that support the listing.
Include target buyer teams, the main workflows the product supports, and whether the company is software, advisory, or an adjacent control layer.
Generic “responsible AI” positioning without operational product evidence usually will not survive review. Claims that are implied rather than explicit get narrowed or excluded.
If a listing is stale or overbroad, send the page URL, the exact disputed claim, and the source that shows why it should change.
A submission is not a paid placement request. If sponsored programs are introduced later, they should be labeled separately from editorial summaries.
Preference goes to vendors with explicit framework pages, product-level documentation, and concrete governance workflows rather than broad “trustworthy AI” language.
